SKILLED awarded for compact palletizing cell including stretch wrapper.

SKILLED recently completed the delivery of a very compact, modern and flexible palletizing system for a very peculiar application never done before.

The customer , located in Central America, was looking for a complex application in a very tight space and using very difficult products. We are talking of lose bundles of white flour which make the pallet unstable to be transported around the plant.

The only solution SKILLED felt was the correct one was to integrate a stretch wrapper in the palletizing cell and wrap the pallet by steps, as much layers the robot was palletizing the stretch wrapper was wrapping.

The final result is itself very explanatory and when client traveled to Italy for FAT purposes he simply declared the solution is a winning-compact model he will adopt in other plants as well.

 

This is another proof of the flexibility our Company is capable to offer to the different market demands.
